Updated August 13, 2018 12:12:00 There’s no easy answer to how to diagnose Zika virus pregnancy in a clouded state, but you needn’t look far for a clue.
The National Institutes of Health has posted guidelines on the symptoms and signs of clouded pregnancy on its website.
“It’s not unusual to experience a couple of very similar symptoms, but the symptoms will vary,” said Elizabeth L. Krieger, director of the National Center for Biotechnology Information in Bethesda, Maryland.
That’s because the symptoms are often very similar.
The key to finding out if you’re pregnant with Zika virus is knowing how to get rid of the virus.
Here are three ways to get better.
Cleaning your home.
If you’ve had a Zika virus infection, you might want to start with your home environment.
It’s probably the first thing you do to help protect yourself against the virus, Kriege said.
You should wash your hands frequently, especially with soap and water.
Avoid touching anything that could harbor the virus on a skin or mucous membrane.
“Most surfaces can become contaminated, but there are also surfaces that can’t,” Kriegerson said.
“You have to be careful not to touch the face, hands or any surfaces that could be touched with the virus.”
For the most part, if you have an active Zika virus test, it will tell you whether you have a pregnancy.
You can check on your results with your health care provider.
Changing your diet.
If your virus test shows that you have Zika, your doctor might recommend you eat a diet that’s low in fat and sugar.
You don’t have to eat all of the foods listed in the CDC’s list of food sources for Zika, but if you are concerned about your health, you should consider eating healthier.
You might want a lower-fat diet, Krienger said.
It can help you feel fuller longer and maintain weight and muscle mass.
“There are many foods that are not safe to eat, and there are foods that can cause problems for people,” Kriener said.
Making sure your home is safe.
The CDC advises that people stay in their homes and out of public areas until they get tested.
There are ways to protect yourself from getting the virus if you aren’t home when you get tested, including staying indoors, limiting how much time you spend outside, and wearing a face mask when outside.
But there are some other things you can do to protect your health and keep you safe.
Krienge said you can take a cold medicine to prevent colds and flu symptoms, and you can also wear masks to help block out light.
The United States Department of Health and Human Services has a list of recommended things to do when you’re worried about Zika.
The list includes: Get out and walk around more.
This can help keep your body temperature down.
